Yes, I know Christmas is over, but when I think "how hard can it be?" I tend to act on it immidiately. Feel free to download and use the tags.

Pop Tab Purses

I made these earlier this year after looking at different patterns that made absolutely no sense to me. So I invented my own...which I've already forgotten as I didn't write it down. Luckily I don't plan on making more purses as it's hard work for the fingers. But I'm happy with how these turned out.

Kasper, My First Waldorf Doll

I've been wanting to try this for a while. This little guy turned out a little Christmassy and was a gift to my doll-making enabling friend, Christina. I put the finishing touches on my little friend while watching a soccer game and vowed to name him after whoever scored the first girl. So I give you...Kasper. After Kasper Kusk from Aalborg BK.

Tiramisu-inspired Cupcakes with a Christmas Twist

A friend asked me to make Tiramisu for her birthday. Then she changed her mind and wanted cupcakes. So I decided to try to combine the two, and since it was close to Christmas, that had to play a part as well. This is the result. Chocolate cupcakes with Marsala and and Mascarpone topping.

Card for the Retiring High School Principal

The principal at the local high school retired recently, and I was tasked with making a card from some of the employees. A picture of the school went into Photoshop, and after a round with glue and paper, this was the result.

Christmas Cards

Years ago, my mom and I started making 3D cards. I quickly grew bored with those, though, but not with card making. These days I make all kinds of cards, and these are some of my recent ones.

With this one, I had a lot of fun with rhinestones and my snowflake puncher.

A piece of scrapbooking paper and some gold snowflakes go a long way.

A template? What template?

I'm going through an owl phase.

Cute santas from Panduro Hobby.

Nothing says "Merry Christmas" like Santa's stomach.

Wreath of holly on door.

And wreath in window. This one is made of snowflakes.

And finally - a card on a stick. Bon appetit.
